WHEN:
September 5, 2026. Saturday. 4AM Start. Finish Cutoff 8PM Sunday (40hrs)
50K only starts SUNDAY at 6AM and 10K starts SUNDAY at 8AM unless prior arrangements are made!
WHERE:
Near Forest City IL.
Camping and S/F area on Google Maps
PRERACE:
Friday: Packet pickup starts at 1PM on site. Runners are invited to camp on site and set up at this time.
Friday Night: Weather permitting, join us for socializing around the community fire ring . With the early start we kindly ask that the campers keep the noise and loud conversation down after 9PM.
RACE MORNING:
There will be a pre-race meeting about 10mins before the race begins to explain a little of the course and what to expect. We like to keep the thinking to a minimum for everyone on race morning so we’ll keep it light!
